Past Christmas/Winter Teas

        Hello everyone,

I hope your week is going well.
I think many of you are getting
ready for Christmas or if you
    are an American Thanksgiving
as well.
However, I hope you still have
time to relax with a good cup of tea!

I hope you will enjoy seeing
a few of my past Christmas/
winter teas.

I love my red & white transferware
all year but especially at Christmas time.

A Christmas tea in the Boathouse.

Christmas fruitcake with teal
transferware.

My cozy English Afternoon Tea.

I love the mix of plaids and
enamalware on this snowy
winter day.

I love a cup of hot cocoa after
                                                                         a winter skate....well any winter
                                                                         day for that matter.
                                                                       A soothing winter tea

                                                                      A creamy white tea

An Autumn Picnic

                                                                             Good morning!

With all the beautiful sunny warm autumn
days we have had this year, there have been
lots of days still enjoyable for an outdoor
                                                           picnic.

                                                                          Love this rusty old lantern.

I gathered up my old plaid picnic can and a wool
plaid throw and set about getting a picnic ready.
I hope you brought the food because alas my
picnic box is empty!
A woody site by the water is perfect
for an autumn picnic with the sound
of the waves on the shore below.

This was a quick impromptu photo shoot today
but next time I will plan ahead and pack
my picnic basket with goodies to enjoy.

We enjoyed a more relaxing weekend
and actually took time out to go canoeing
as soon the season will be past for another
                                                            year.
Don't worry he didn't go without me!

                                                                               Thank you for visiting!

Autumn Days in a Hammock

Hello everyone,

I hope your week is going well but if
you are in need of a little rest and
relaxation......I have the perfect
spot for you.

Curl up on the hammock by the pond
and read for awhile or take a nap.

Wrap yourself in a warm plaid
                                                                blanket.

With October almost over the luxury of
relaxing in the hammock will soon
be past for another year so enjoy!

Be sure to wrap up in the Island Tartan
blanket to keep you cozy and warm.

Hope you have a beautiful day!
