Hello everyone,
I hope you are doing well.
It is a snowy day here but I
am looking forward to spring
and the return of cottage
season here on Prince
Edward Island, Canada.
With covid 19 restrictions easing
the tourist season is looking good
for the Island this year.
So,this summer Eventide cottage
will be available by the week once
again.
Hope I get to meet some of you
in person this year!
Eventide is a small cottage on the south
shore of the Island and our
Ocean Song Cottage is
the only neighbour.
Bath and outdoor shower
Kitchen with full size
frig and stove.
There is a deck on both the north
and south side so you can
be in sun or shade.
Blossomtime at the cottage
I enjoy watching the ebb and flow of the
tides and the sailboats going by.
On low tide you can enjoy walking
as the waves lap on shore or go
clam digging. There are also
2 golf courses very near by
for any golfers out there.

If you are planning a vacation on
the Island this summer and this
little cottage appeals to you,
you can write to me at
carolyn.mary.aiken@gmail.com
for more information.
With all that is going on in the
world today I am praying
for the people of Ukraine
and hope peace will be
restored soon.
Take care,
Carolyn

Everything is so lovely
Dearest Carolyn,
You no doubt will have visitors that are still young and fit enough to make the journey and to stay there.
Lovely place!
Hugs,
Mariette
Renting Eventide Cottage for a week of summer would be an absolute dream come true. Your pics are so welcoming and beautiful - and it reminds me warmer days are (eventually) on their way. Thank you for that wonderful inspiration.
You two have done such a great job with your properties. They're magical!
God bless this world and all its sad bad news. Sigh.
Breathtakingly beautiful. How blessed you are to live there but I know it's a lot of work too. We had unseasonably warm weather today-70 degrees. The wind is picking up and tomorrow it goes down to 45. I won't even mention the next day except it looks like more snow is on the way. I took advantage of the weather and did a lot of work outside. Is that a heater or a/c above the French doors leading to what looks the back yard? I've seen those in other photos and always wondered about them. Do they work well? Have a great up and coming Sunday
Hi,
Thank you for your kind words and yes that is both a heater and an air conditioner above the door but with the breeze off the water the air conditioner has never been used.We do like our heatpumps though and have one in our home as well.
Sounds like spring is closer for you then for us here.
Thanks for visiting,
Carolyn
Love that evening sky...
Titti
