Late Spring in the Boathouse

         Hello everyone,

We are finally getting a few days of sunny
warm weather here and I am sure we are
all looking forward to a nice weekend.

The garden is looking pretty good these
days with lots of growth and spring
color.

So, this morning I picked a  few fresh bouquets
for the Boathouse.

         Simple bouquets always add charm

Some pretty spring/summer pillows on the
old iron bed look cheerful as well.

As,I walked the garden this morning
enjoying the sunshine and spring color,
I noticed that there are lots of peony and
lilac buds this year so I am looking forward
to  all the beauty yet to come but enjoying
the spring bulbs for now as I don't want
to rush the season .

Our Boathouse above reflected in the
pond on a sunny June day.

                                                                  Wishing you a beautiful weekend!
                                                                                             Carolyn

You've inspired me in so many ways! I feel like you're my twin, because you've accomplished in your home and garden what I dream of. I am now digging in all of my out buildings and finding rusty and chippy things from years gone by to turn my yard and gardens into my dream. I have 8 children, 14.5 grandchildren and will soon be 66 years old. Wish I could visit you!

Jak zwykle- przepięknie. U nas, w Polsce, tulipany i żonkile już przekwitły. Teraz nasze ogrody zdobią właśnie piwonie, róże i pelargonie.

It's all so lovely. I'm very fond of those blue bottles. The blooms are beautiful. Finally, Spring is here and now we have the Summer to look forward to. Have a lovely day, Carolyn.
