Welcome Spring!

Hello everyone,

I am delighted that spring has
officially arrived!
We have had a few spring like
days and our snow is melting
but it will be weeks yet
before our garden looks
like these photos but
we know it is coming.

I was happy to see some daffodils
poking up out of the ground.
It was so nice to be able to
start a few garden chores.

Looking forward to cheerful
garden teas.

A mass of daffodils on the hillside garden

A bright and cheery bouquet
of tulips to perk up our
home last week.

Doesn't this lift your spirits?

Spring bouquets from the garden

I am sure we are all happy to see
the beginning of a whole
new season of beauty!

Thank you for visiting,
Carolyn

Beautiful! Yes, it will be weeks here as well, though seeing your former gardens is very cheering. Have a blessed, wonderful spring. 🌷

Good morning Carolyn, Your collection of spring photographs is very welcome on this spring day. Here in Eastern Ontario, the sun is shining, the yard is full of Robins, the sky is full of flocks of honking Canada Geese and the fields are resounding with the beautiful sound of Killdeer as they sail across the muddy flats. The picture of the yellow enamel teapot makes me think of a lemon chiffon cake for some reason. I am going to bake one this morning! Thank you for the inspiration.
Warm regards, Laura in Ontario

Dearest Carolyn,
Indeed, reaching that stage of full bloom is every year a little miracle!
Exceptional photos you show us here.
We were unfortunate for finding our Japanese magnolia trees (two) with browned leaves upon returning from the Grand Hyatt Buckhead, Atlanta... They bloomed too early and had the leaves out too soon.
Finally in June they will have produced new leaves again, we've had this before but it ruins the view for now.
Good luck with your awakening spring!
Hugs,
Mariette

Hi Miss Carolyn !

I am so glad to read about your recent posts ! You take care of this blog so well, I thank you for this <3

I contemplate your pictures peacefully ^^
I found someone who has the lifestyle that I am aiming for :)

I have been a dreamer since my childhood, and I am still one (I am 18 lol)
I hope to keep this childhood mind for ever...

Take care ^^
(NB: If my english might be broken, I apologize, I am from France)
