A Winter Hammock Day

           Hello everyone,

Well, we did get quite a bit of snow here
a couple of days ago so it
is a winter wonderland now for sure.

I mentioned in my last post that I
wanted to do a quick photo shoot
of my outdoor hammock.
So, a couple of throws and
a few pillows and my old pair
of skates and I was good to go.

The trees were laden and there was a good
cover of snow in the woods.

I am loving our winter here this
year as we can still enjoy long
walks outdoors in the fresh air
without getting too cold.
My husband and I have had a
goal to walk 10,000 steps
a day as a healthy choice for
a couple of years now.

Now, I don't think I will nap out
here anytime soon but I did enjoy
my little photo shoot in the snow.

                                                                              Thank you for visiting!

It looks cozy enough to at least lie down and look up through the trees, unless branches are still sloughing off snow. ☺️

Oh my, your winter wonderland is gorgeous!! We have yet to have snow... supposed to tomorrow but it will be light, and might not even stick. =[ Thank you for sharing your beautiful winter hammock, so pretty! I really think that I could lay there... for a couple of minutes anyway, hehehe

Stay warm and be careful out there~

It is 70+ degrees here in Virginia. I am hoping for a beautiful snowfall like yours. Your photos are always so lovely and inviting, especially enjoying the boathouse, the tea vignettes and flowers.

So pretty! I especially like the chenille pillow with the ball fringe. Enjoy your walks!

I wish it would snow here in Virginia like it has where you are. I scroll down to read and see your pictures and notice there are large pictures in with your post but they are ads. Never seen it like that before anywhere else.
Happy New year
