Strawberries & Cream

   Good Morning!

We are having beautiful weather here with
a touch of spring in the air.
I noticed there were more birds singing
in the garden and some heat in the sun
when I went for my walk.
I think spring is in the air!

After, my walk I made some pancakes
         with strawberries and whipped cream.
After, eating more than I should have
I saved the last one for you!

A glass of apricot nectar and
a cup of tea along with
my pancakes and I was good
to go!

Pretty china makes it taste even better!

A little bowl of fresh strawberries
to enjoy.

A cup of ginger peach tea

I hope your day is off to a good start.

                                                                             Thank you for visiting!

                                                                                              Carolyn

Yummy! Your post made me hungry! It is almost time for the Strawberry festival here in FL with every way you can serve a strawberry. It's wonderful!

Hi Carolyn,
Everything looks delicious. I love Spring. We have seasonally warm weather here in Northern California. The daffodils are blooming, and I will be adding them to my March calendar post. Thank you for posting your beautiful images. Every one of the photos is a work of art. Bless you.
Joyously,
Betty

How lovely!! Our strawberry season was quite short this year, and the twice I bought them they quickly went mouldy, so I didn't bother again. Your photos remind me of how I miss them.

Have a beautiful day.

Can I come to breakfast tomorrow????? :-) It looks wonderful and the heart shaped pancakes are so darling. No spring days here lately.... and no strawberries until June or so. None grown here in central Oregon.. we have to go to the Willamette Valley to get them, and sometimes the produce stands here will have them. Only local berries are good, sweet and juicy. The ones imported from other states have no flavor at all! Your china and teacups are darling as usual and LOVE your photography! Enjoy! Marilyn

Love your pretty teacup! Hubby made us waffles with strawberries and cream the other day. He has always loved cooking breakfast and does it quite often since he retired 6 months ago.
hugs,
Jann

Heart shaped pancakes! now that would be the perfect Valentine's Day breakfast. It all looks delicious. I love apricots, but have never had nectar, I can just imagine how good it would be. Hard to believe you can have a touch of spring that far north! Have a wonderful week, Carolyn.
