Happy Valentine's Day!
It is time to relax and enjoy a book, the roses
and a cup of hot tea in this sunny corner
of our bedroom.
I love a bright sunny winter day even if
it is cooler outdoors it is cozy and warm
here curled up on the chaise by the fireside.
The tea is waiting.
The roses are beautiful!
You might have noticed I love
making collages.
Before you go I have a bouquet or two for
you for Valentine's Day.
Happy Valentine's Day !

Happy Valentine's Day my friend. Everything is always so pretty here. Your roses are so pretty. My hubby bought me some roses for my birthday which was a week ago and I think he was hoping they would still be beautiful today. He tried and we both laughed this morning as I pulled all the wilted petals off. Somehow I see a perfect rose petal picture in my future. The stuff that blogs posts are made of. Have a wonderful day. Hugs
Olá Carolyn, desejo um romântico Dia dos Namorados. Um belo e aconchegante
chá.
Um bom final de semana.

Thank you for gifting me with a bouquet! Happy Valentine's Day to you!
Oh my!Just adorable!Thanks!
What a beautiful, beautiful post! I can always lose some of my cares as I get lost into your beautiful home and grounds. I see you are reading my dearest favorite Simple Abundance. I have the sweetest worn copy in the world to me with notes and underlines and stars and hearts in the margins. Your post inspired me to search it out as I have been reading it the past couple of years on my Kindle, which is wonderful but not ever as good as the book.... Enjoy!
Hi Carolyn,
Beautiful post. I love you master bedroom and your cozy spot in the corner. I just ordered Simple Abundance and I always learn something new when I visit you. Thank you again.
Joyously,
Betty
I don't know if it is a window or door to the right of the fireplace. I love the decorative work on it. The room is very inviting.
Hi M,
It is a door to the right of the fireplace.....a screen door with plexi glass on it for the winter. It is so nice to open the inside french door on sunny days and let the sunlight shine in.
Thanks everyone for your visits and kind comments.
Take care,
Carolyn
Hello Carolyn,
There is something beautiful about the light in winter. I love the difference in the colors and the long shadows. Beautiful roses and serene setting. I hope you had a beautiful Valentine's Day,
Kathy
