Hello everyone,
On this cold wintry day it is nice
to be cozy indoors.
I have set the table with some
of my Friendly Village china today
from Johnson Brothers. It is always
pretty but especially at Christmas.
I used silver chargers along with
silver stars etc.
It is a good day to enjoy
tea by the fireside.
I made some gingerbread cookis
to go with our tea.
Friendly Village teacups and a
small Friendly Village teapot.
A Christmas arrangement with fresh
greens adds a cozy look .
So nice to have a little time to
relax during this busy season.
I hope you all have a wonderful
weekend !
Take care,
Carolyn

So pretty and so cozy on a snowy day!
Lovely as always.
Friendly Village is such a lovely pattern! I like it with the silver chargers and stars!
A lovely fire, pretty china, tea, and gingerbread - it doesn't get better than that!
I love the white house (church?) on the cabinet!
It looks especially cozy there today! I wish I was there to share those cookies. I LOVE gingerbread cookies and haven't made any for years... only made them when my boys were little. The silver chargers under the plates look fabulous, as do the silver pine cones and starts. I bet you can get your greens right on your property... how fortunate is that? I used to, when I lived in the "woods"... I do miss that. The warm fire, cozy chair and table all set for company is just so inviting! Marilyn
