Kingsbrae Gardens

                                                        Hello everyone,
Andrew and I took a mini holiday and went to St. Andrews by the Sea (New Brunswick) for a couple of days.  We have been there before several times but it is such a charming seaside town that it is always fun to go back. While we were there we went to check out Kingsbrae Gardens again. it is interesting to see it in the different seasons. I took lots of photos and I have made some collages for you.
The gardens were taking on a more autumn look-can it be that time already?

I love the wind mill-wonder if Andrew could build me one of those???   The Pump House is pretty cute too.
     Pinks and purples
There were lots of butterflies and birds as well as pretty blooms. Isn't that orange coneflower pretty?

After touring the garden we enjoyed a lovely late lunch at their tearoom and then I got to shop at their garden centre where everything was half price and they had some things that I haven't seen in the local centres here so it pretty amazing how many shrubs etc. you can fit into a car!
I will share more on the town later.

Brooke at  A Creative Country Mom did  a little feature on our garden if you would like to check it out. Thank you Brooke.

I am joining The Rose Garden in Malevik for Show off Saturday.

Hope you have a lovely weekend and thanks for stopping by.

Carolyn

Oh and thanks for your visit and answering my question. We have recently gotten some wooden furniture and I was wondering whether to put it away for winter or not altho I am not ready for Winter either! It does feel a little fallish lately tho. boo hiss. :)

I learned about this garden after I visited St. Andrew's By the Sea. I may have to go back!

all most as lovely as one called "Aiken House and Garden" - perhaps you have heard if it?
