Christmas Touches in our Library

    Hello everyone,

The sun was shining brightly in

the library when I took these shots

of our library. I am not done decoratin

yet but even a few lights etc. give it

a cozy glow.

It seems I got started early on my

Christmas decorating and then

was content with it so 

i stopped for a bit 

but one of our big

trees is going up today.

Always, nice to enjoy my tea in

the library.

Red and white transferware is

one of my favorites so I

have collected quite a few

piecs over the years.

This was the library a couple

of years ago ....love all the 

lights at night or even on a

dark day to cheer things up.

Hopefully, I will be back soon

with the rest of the story!

Christmas Library Tea

                                                                               Hello everyone,

                                                          It was a beautiful sunny day here today
                                                          with a warmer temperature so I was
                                                          able to plant the last of my tulip bulbs
                                                          in the garden. I was happy to get them in
                                                          as we had such wintry weather I thought
                                                          I might have missed my window of
                                                          opportunity! I also,filled a few planters
                                                          with greenery and rosehips while enjoying
                                                          the sunshine.
                                                                After, it was tea time in the library with
                                                           the sun streaming in..

                                                                      A Christmasy tea.....I am enjoying
                                                                      Holiday Chai tea lately by Stash.
                                                                      I bought mine at the Bulk Barn.

I am continuing to slowly

decorate our home and

enjoying the process plus

the cosy look with all the

lights etc.

                                                        I hope you had some time to
                                                                   relax with a good cup of tea
                                                                   today.

Christmas in our Library

                                                                        Hello everyone,

                                                         On these short days I am enjoying
                                                         the coziness of all the Christmas
                                                         lights. There is something nice about
                                                         being at snug at home on these long
                                                         evenings.

                                                                     There isn't a lot different
                                                                     in this room since last year.

Snuggle in and enjoy a cup

of tea....maybe read for

awhile.

                                                                    The tea is ready.

                                           My Christmas decorating is pretty much
                                                      done so I will enjoy doing some baking for the
                                                      season next. So, what about you are you all
                                                      ready to enjoy the season?

Warm & Cozy Weekend

                                                                        Hello everyone,

                                                           Today, was another sunny day so the
                                                           light in the library was warm and cozy.
                                                 
                                                 

I am always happy to have local

tulips from Vanco appear in the

stores as they add a cheery touch

to a room.

     It was the dark orange tulips

     that caught my eye this time.

Autumn Light in our Library

                                                                                 Hello everyone,

                                                               Sometime in September I notice that
                                                               the light has changed in our library as it
                                                               seems to have a warm golden glow that
                                                               signals autumn.
                                                         

                                                                  I have a small collection of dogs....
                                                                  not live ones but these cute little
                                                                 ones. They are always well behaved !

                                                                Time to welcome autumn.

                                                                  I may have gotten carried away with
                                                                  my photos here.

                                                 Well, now that  autumn is almost  here I
                                                            am looking forward to enjoying enjoying
                                                            all that it has to offer.......beautiful fall
                                                           colors,walks in the crisp fresh air, cozy
                                                           sweaters,hot apple cider,and a good
                                                           book or two by the fireside in the long
                                                           evenings.
