Cottage Living

Hello everyone,

I hope you are enjoying your weekend.

We are settling into our cottage routine
here and we have had lots of lovely
sunny days since we moved in.

Our cottage living space

We have a blue and white theme
at the cottage and I enjoy
this tray on the table.

We enjoy walking to the park nearby

We walk by this field of cows on
our way to the park. It is farm country
here.

They have a field with a view!

We enjoy the lighthouses

Blockhouse lighthouse

Love having our laundry out on the line
to dry in the ocean breezes

Reading and watching the sailboats....
a good way to relax

I love waking up to this view in
the morning.

Now in case you think we have gotten
lazy , we do go home and work in the
garden several hours a week with
our friend Barbara who is enjoying
our home.

There will be more info on our
garden tea in a couple of days
so please stay tuned!

Thanks for visiting.

Carolyn

What a GORGEOUS spot to be! I love all the water views... I'm envious! Your cottage reminds me so much of a beach cottage that my mom and dad and us 4 sisters used to go to, along the Oregon coast, when we were young. It was all blue and white and I just loved it so much, and vowed to have my own blue and white kitchen some day. I did in fact.... in one of the past houses I lived in, but not here where I am now. It is so restful and soothing... your cottage, with all the white slipcovers and curtains, and painted items.. sigh.... as I said.. what a wonderful place to be! Marilyn

It's incredible what you've done with that cottage. You are a true artist! Even if I had loads of money, I don't think I'd be able to make a place look so absolutely perfect. Thank you sincerely for sharing your artistry with us to enjoy.
