Hello everyone,
I hope you are doing well and
looking forward to celebrating
the birth of Jesus this week.
As some of you know we gave our
library a makeover a few months
ago.
We are happy with the changes but
I especially love it all decorated
for Christmas.
It is a good place to enjoy reading
a book with a hot drink.
I love my new copper mugs!
A few closeups.....the very old fiddle was
my husbands uncles and I made the
stockings tears ago from fabric scraps.
You can see the Christmas tree through
the french doors in the dining area.
Thank you for visiting!
I have been in the mood to
do a few photo shoots lately
so I will share those soon.
If we have more covid restrictions
put on us to keep us safe I will
have loads of time for playing
with my camera so you might
see more of me.
Stay safe and stay happy,
Carolyn

Dearest Carolyn,
You created a more warm and almost Rembrandt-style atmosphere for your library!
The fireplace no doubt adds to your cozy tea times.
Hugs,
Mariette
I so look forward to your photo shoots. Thank you!~~Dee
Beautiful photos
Your home is so beautifully decorated . It makes you want to pour a cup of tea, put on Christmas music and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. Your posts are always so beautiful. Thank you for taking the time to share with us
Merry Christmas.

Every room needs a chair with a cozy throw blanket and pillows (and an ottoman too!). I love it all... love the fireplace, and dark colors, books on the shelves, the copper cups, and the glittery lights. The french doors also add such "library ambience" too! Thank you so much for sharing your home. I always look forward to your next photo shoot! Hugs.. Marilyn
Your home are so welcoming. You have such a taste for decorating. It is almost an enchanted home during Christmas time.
So warm and cozy and beautiful! I love all the contrasts. Merry Christmas! Stay well.
