Dearest Carolyn,
Such expert photos taken of your yummy looking sticky date pudding with toffee sauce on blue and white transferware china with tea.
The only blue white we got is the one from my Mother-in-law: https://mariettesbacktobasics.blogspot.com/2010/05/mother-in-laws-1930s-societe-ceramique.html
Enjoy these cozy afternoon and evenings at this time of the year!
Hugs,
Mariette
I would love to have a cup of afternoon tea in your library! Love that blue and white porcelain too...
Have a beautiful day!

Oh so pretty
So beautiful! What a special find in those Spode teacups. The date pudding looks amazing!
Thank you for inviting us to have tea in your library. Although I like very much tea I would not taste your mouthwattering pudding because I banished quick-sugar from my diet.
Your wintry banner creates an ideal atmosphere.
Carolyn, I've been following your blog for years. I so appreciate how you share your decor and collections with us. Merry Christmas!~~Dee
Oh I would love to share that sticky date pudding with toffee sauce! Maybe one of these days could you post the recipe? It looks devine! The blue and white china is so so pretty. My mom collected it and loved it. Growing up, I always thought there was only ONE transferware pattern in blue. I didn't realize, until many many years later, that there are all colors. I love them all! I still have some of her plates. Have a lovely Christmas! Marilyn
