Romantic Teas

Hello everyone,

It is a beautiful winter morning
here with a fresh coat of  white
snow clinging to the trees,
shrubs and arbors etc.

Since this is the romantic month
of February I am sharing some
of my romantic teas today.

I love this teapot that I always
                                               share around Valentine's Day
as it was a special gift from my
                                               husband on Valentine's Day
                                               several years ago.

                                            These beautiful tulips add beauty
                                             to my tea time.

This teapot was a yardsale find and
the beautiful peonies are from our
garden.

My cosy  corner in our
bedroom.

Soft and sweet

Hope you are enjoying some
romantic afternoon teas this
month .
I am off for a winter's day
drive to capture some of
the beauty of winter.

Thank you for visiting,

Carolyn

Hello!

Tempting teas indeed and all served so beautifully on pretty china. Without a doubt, even the most humble of meals can be elevated to the sublime when served with such delightful presentation. We are certain that the tea tasted so much more delicious being served in china cups.

Happy February, Carolyn!
So pretty! The Royal Albert "American Beauty" teacup looks familiar! I remember brining in my suitcase to Quebec City several years ago one for you just like it, not sure if that's the one or not in your post! Lol I have many pieces in that pattern & just love it. I have a petite rosebud teapot like yours as well, along with a winter wheat ironstone jug. We have many loves in common.
We have been enjoying a very mild winter. I know you love the snow.
Wishing you a beautiful day,
Linda at Beautiful Ideas

Oh such lovely tea settings! Love each and every one.. love the peaches and pinks.. my very favorites! Each setting makes me feel warm and cozy.. and especially those yummy goodies that you show! Glad you got some pretty snow.. we've had a few snowfalls that were just right, only a few inches. I'm happy with that and no more. Am now experiencing spring fever as we've had unseasonably mild days, though nights are still in the low 20's or teens. Have a nice weekend.... Marilyn
