Laundry Day

Hello everyone,

I hope your week is going well.

Today, my post is a little bit different,
as I would like to share  a newer
product with you that I feel is more
earth friendly.

For sometime now I have been
bothered by the laundry detergent
isle at the grocery store.
The chemical odor and all those
big plastic bottles really
bother me.

So, I was happy to find this product
advertised somewhere, and on
looking into it I sent for a
years supply of the
unscented ones and it
all came in one small
cardboard box!
They also have mildly
scented .....my daughter
likes the linen scent of hers.

I love this product Tru Earth and have
recommended it to my family
and friends.
Now,in case you are wondering
this is not a sponsored ad
and I am not paid in any way....
I just think this is a way to help
care for the environment.

It is important to mention
that our laundry comes out
as clean as my previous
detergent.

So, I hope some of you will look into this
and someday maybe we can get rid of
that long isle of  bottled chemicals.

Thank you for listening.!

Take care,
Carolyn

GOOD MORNING, DEAR CAROLYN!
Thanks so much for taking the time to share this! I will definitely look into it. I can no longer go near the detergent aisle in the supermarket--the scent is so strong, I can hardly breathe! And, I am finding it increasingly challenging finding a good scent-free laundry soap that I can live with. I agree we all need to do whatever we can to be friendlier to our earth.
Wishing you a beautiful day filled with optimism, decency, truth, love & respect.

Thank you, Carolyn!!!! We ALL need to be thinking like this. I have been using pellets from Grove Collaberative (unscented, earth friendly) but always on the lookout for better or just comparisons.

I agree- that aisle is just whew.

As we are considering helping our beloved Earth, and thinking about our Oceans, check out the 4 Oceans web site. I have been supporting them for a while now. I love to give my nieces and nephews their bracelets. Love the new braided ones, and a bunch are on sale now. And it helps clean up all the plastics in the ocean killing the ecosystem and precious life.

In the UK there is a product that has such a strong scent it is very distinctive on people's clothes. It must clash with women's perfume. Why would they use it? I try to use an unscented detergent and then a few drops of lavender essential oils in the dryer for my bed linen. The product you mention is available in the UK through Amazon. I might give it a try. Thank you for telling us about it. xx

Good Morning. I have been reading about this product as well and am interested. My only issue is that it has to be ordered. I think I will check the new store that carries products with less\no packaging that has opened in Charlottetown. Thanks for your info on TruEarth. Have a great day.
