Today I am continuing on with the
rest of the lighthouses that I have
photographed so far on our
little Island.
The one above is West Point
Lighthouse and you can
actually stay in this one
as they rent out rooms.
North Rustico Lighthouse
Another Charlottetown Lighthouse
This is a popular lighthouse that is
in the process of having some
necessary work done to it .
Northport Lighthouse
My husband and I have stayed at
the Northport Inn a couple of summers
ago and the lighthouse can be seen from
their balcony. I read that you can be taken
to this small island and dropped off with a
picnic basket and picked up later.
Covehead Harbour Lighthouse
This lighthouse is down east not far from the Cape Bear
lighthouse but I am not sure of the village name....
Guernsey Cove maybe?
Cape Bear Lighthouse is famous for being the first
Lighthouse in Canada to receive a distress signal from
the Titanic before it sank.
I shared a winter shot of this Charlottetown lighthouse
in my previous post.
Northport again....so relaxing!I know I am missing some of my
lighthouse photos but to see more
for yourself come to the Island and
do a coastal tour....you will be glad you did!

Thank you for visiting,
Carolyn
