I am finally getting into autumn mode
here but at the same time my mind is
quickly wandering ahead to Christmas.
However, I am trying to hold
back and savor the moment.
I love baby boo pumpkins
for the autumn table.
The antique lantern works well
for my autumn table also.
I have had these dishes for a number of years
now and I have several pieces of it. The only marking
on them is Japan. I think they are perfect for an autumn
table......don't you?
Warm and cozy colors of autumn.
Or maybe you prefer this teacup
for your autumn tea.
I hope your week is going well
and thank you for visiting me!
Carolyn

I seldom comment, Carolyn, though I always enjoy my visit. Your autumn tablescape is lovely and provided me with an ahhhhhh moment.
Your autumn table is lovely, Carolyn! The lantern reminds me of my father because he used to collect them. Love the Baby Boos too but I haven't been able to find any this year. I too am looking ahead to Christmas which is what I normally do after Thanksgiving. Thanks for sharing and enjoy your day.
Blessings,
Sandi
Dear Carolyn:
Such a pretty autumn table setting and the dishes are so sweet and definitely fallish! Always a joy to see your creativity.
Hello dear Carolyn,
I have been absent for a while and missed my visits to your beautiful blog. It always manages to inspire me when I needed most.
Thank you for sharing your enchanting world with us.
Fondly,
Janet
What a beautiful autumn color palette. Love the reddish brown dishes! You have a great eye for design.
Oh Carolyn, it's been so long without a visit to you and your beauty.
I fell in love years ago, yes years ago with you cottage. Now I see a visit from you and it was a great reminder as to what I may have been missing over here with you.
Love the Dutch style settings, and for some reason this year I have been drawn to some Browns, wanting to add a bit of Browns to a Nordis French feel. In my etsy I created my Christmas stockings with a fudge colour hounds tooth check and white pattern to my stockings and I think they look amazing with brown transferware plates and settings. Along with the vintage matelasse stockings that mix, so this year it may end up a brown and white Christmas with my pale French home pieces. As well as ones for sale in my etsy who may want to follow.
I am so glad you visited my site, and now I am going back to read all the postings I can before I fall asleep. It's going to be an inspiring night here.
Thank you dear for all you inspire here on your fall post.
Enjoy your weekend and you Beautiful Canada.
Would so adapt to a Canadian life.
I have traveled a bit in Canada years ago and long to return.
