Last week after our last tour from Japan my
husband and I went on a little holiday to
Kennebunkport Maine. We have been there
a few times before and enjoy it in all
seasons but to me it is especially beautiful at
Christmas time..
The first two weekends in December they
have a Christmas Prelude with lots going on
and the whole town is beautifully decorated.
It is aprox. a 10 hour drive from our home.

there as well as the White Columns Historic home all
decorated for Christmas....all beautiful!
Oh! and wait til you see the beautiful transferware
dishes I came home with...later!

Thanks you for the beautiful tour--it's like wonderland! That red and white station wagon really brings back old memories. My family had one very similar to that one. We called it The Fire Engine! It was full to capacity with my parents and 5 kids.

Oh wow...we have been there in the summer and it's so pretty but all dressed for Christmas is just wonderful. So quintessentially New England! I love the old homes, shops and buildings and the dusting of snow adds the perfect touch. Your photos are really beautiful!!
