Bits & Pieces

                                                            Hello everyone,
I hope you are enjoying your weekend.  We are having a nice one here-lots of sunshine!
I just have some bits and pieces of some photos I took that don't really have a theme but I thought              you might like. The garden is so full of blooms right now that it is hard to resist taking my camera
         with me.
                                                            Lots of beauty!
                                                      Shades of gold.

A Golden Stargazer Oriental lily and Shasta Daisy.

There is lots of white in the garden now too.
On a little day trip to New London a few weeks ago I took these shots of the birthplace of                       L.M. Montgromery-author of the famous Anne of Green Gables among other novels.
Our green and white toile guest room.
                                                                      Soft whites
                                                                and pretty pinks!
Hope you enjoyed some bits and pieces!
Some of our children and grandchildren are coming shortly for a fun family night
with pizza, a bonfire and s'mores etc. so our little guest cottages will be filled to the
               brim!

               Thank you for visiting,
                              Carolyn

Flowers become more and more important to me, so very significant. Your gardens are amazing! I love seeing them. Do I spot a vanilla strawberry hydrangea? I just dug out un-flowering bushes, to put in some bougainvillea, the only thing that does well in south Florida with spectacular color. I so miss the northern flowers! Your home is beautiful too, love that guest room! such perfection.

Hi Carolyn, I'm just so in love with all of your garden! I know I am being impatient as I just started my garden this year and to have a garden such as yours took years of filling in and moving plants around and so on... but you have done an amazing job! I can only hope my gardens are 1/4 as gorgeous as yours! A girl can dream :D
Hugs and thanks for all the inspirational photos you share with us!

Hello from Texas!
Your garden pictures are beautiful! It must be wonderful having such lovely flowers right outside your door. And your home...I love the sweet, soft feeling of these spaces. The green toile is gorgeous, the flowers must be from your garden as well. All is just lovely!
Thanks so much for dropping by and leaving such a sweet comment!
Have a wonderful week!
