Hope your week is going well We are getting ready for another tour from Japan this weekend and it is going to be another very hot day tomorrow so I want to get everything shipshape today when it is cooler.
The beautiful vintage lace dress above was a recent gift from a very generous friend who knew right away that i would love it!

The tickets for our Downton Abbey garden tea on Saturday August 3rd are almost gone - I am very pleased with the response we have had and I think it will be a lot of fun!Hope you all have a great weekend and thank you for visiting,
