Little Girls Tea Party

                                                              Hello everyone,
One day recently I had two of my granddaughters come for a visit so we had a little teaparty. I have some pretty dresses in the closet and let them pick one to dress up in.
These pretty Mason Vista children's teacups were a gift from a friend who knows how we love our tea parties-right girls!

I smile over Olivia with her little pinkie out.
The very old teapot was also part of the lovely gift.
There was lots of giggles and I even got voted the best Grandma ever!

                                                 Abby enjoying her tea.

                                                        Pretty dresses.

                                                            A pensive Abby.
                              The markings on the bottom.
It is always fun to have a little girls tea party!

I am joining Rose Chintz Cottage for Tea Time Tuesday.

Thank you for stopping by-it was fun having you too!

                                                  Carolyn

This is so cute. My grand-daughter is almost 3 and already enjoys 'having tea'. Your girls are so lovely and what fun memories you are creating for them. They look so well behaved, too. I can just imagine the conversation. :)

I would think you are the best grandma! Dress up clothes and a dress up tea party? You just can't beat that for a little girl! What wonderful memories you are making for them. My guess is whenever they sip tea when they are grown up, they will think of you!

Loved seeing the awesome teaparty with your beautiful granddaughters, Carolyn.

I can see why you would be voted best Grammie!

Loved the photo, especially, with the little pinkie in the air as she raised the teacup to her lips. So dainty and sweet.

Thanks for sharing this absolutely precious occasion. Susan

Hi Carolyn,
I am very late visiting for tea, sorry. Since I got home, it's been one thing after another with me. Head cold and a sprained hand/wrist which makes typing difficult. Glad there's a silver lining in that cloud...
Your little granddaughters are so cute in their pink hats and frocks. Love the tea set too. How fun!
Someday I hope to have tea parties with my little one too as they are planning on moving back to the Island. Yay!
Thanks for coming to tea and enjoy your day.

Blessings,
Sandi
