Hello everyone,
Welcome to afternoon tea in the sunroom.
I am using my soft pink and white china today for a romantic look.
I am sure some of you remember this pretty teapot that my sweet husband surprised me with for Valentines Day a few years ago. You might also know I have quiet a few teapots~ but this one is my very favorite!
I am so happy to have locally grown tulips from Vanco available in the grocery stores again. They cheer me up while waiting for our own to bloom in the garden.I also splurged on some carnations and roses.
With the milder weather we have had lately our little sunroom is a bright and cheery place to enjoy a cup of tea and a scone or two!
I though you might like to see the cupboard in the sunroom again where I keep my collection of dainty pink and white china. If you would like to see more of the sunroom you can click here.

You are right, Carolyn. You have a perfectly beautiful, romantic sunroom. I love the hutch with the white and pink china. Just my style! Love, love, love it. Mmmmm, a scone and tea sound good, too. Susan
Love the soft pink and white and your collection in the hutch is so pretty. I'm happy too that the tulips are available again.
Blessings,
Sandi
Just lovely!! I have noticed tulips in our local grocery store. They are very cheerful at this time of the year.
Your china is so pretty. Your cupboard is gorgeous and I would spend a lot of time just looking at everything. So captivating. I'm wondering if it is a hutch or a built-in cupboard? Maybe you can show us more of it. Hugs, Deb
Love all the pink--so pretty and sweet, perfect for Valentines day!
What pretty, soothing, "ahhhh" pictures to look at. Pretty teapot, too.
it happens every time I come here, I go into awe. Its like you live inside a huge dollhouse and you get to play with all kinds of pretties. I adore the pics from the sun room especially with the sunlight! magical and you captured it beautifully!

I love your teapots! I love pink!
I love your blog! (But you know it! ;) )
What a lovely pictures I like the pink colors and the teapot with the roses. It looks a bite at springtime, and it very good for the brain that nice colors. Over here it's very cold we had frost and not over here but at some other places a lot of snow. I think we can ice skating here today or tomorrow. In the morning it is cold - 12 gr I think, but when the sun is coming up it is lovely winter weather. Have a nice day Carolyn.
Greeting Petra.
Simply stunning!!
Hugs,
Debbie

Oh my - that was like a breath of fresh air on this cold and gray winter morning. Thanks for sharing these beautiful photos, Carolyn! Now, I'm off to click the link to your sunroom to see more! Have a great day! ~Sally
What a delightful romantic sunroom. I enjoyed viewing your cupboard with all the pink and white china and your favorite teapot is a beauty. I am glad to see the carnations again. Here they were a long time out of fashion, but I always liked them very much.
Such a beautiful setting, Carolyn! It certainly does look welcoming and cozy in your sunroom. The flowers go so well with your pretty teapot and teacups.
The photo with the tulips focused in and the teapot a little subdued...aperture? This is was I need to learn and I guess I need a tripod as I wiggle a lot. Your photos are always so lovely!
Love all your pink and white china! Most of my china is pink and white. ;-)
Lovely setting with your beautiful pinks and whites.
Oh what lovely dishes you have! I'm really interested in tea time. I wrote about it a couple posts back. I'm going to start having afternoon tea at 4pm since I have a very English heritage! Wonderful post. I will enjoy looking around at your blog.
Very Romanic. Tea pot sooo sweet and cupboard is a dream :)
My dear, this is really an absolutely wonder!!! What a marvelous floral vintage china! And your teapot is a dream! Lovely, lovely, lovely! Loved so much! Lots of kisses, Marie :)
Your photos just take me away to bliss. You have a wonderful touch Carolyn. Such pretty tulips on your windowsill!
Pink cannot get any sweeter than this.
How charmingly feminine your setting is. Your camera work is pretty special, too.
This is so very romantic! Your china closet is picture perfect! I see a little wedding cake topper tucked in there...was that yours??
While PEI is a reasonable trip from the southeastern coast of Massachusetts, I still have not made the trip!
My sister's in-laws make the trip every summer, as they have for over 40 years I believe. They stay for almost a month....and still love every minute of it!
Good evening Carolyn,
With all the stress I've had lately all I could think about was crawling into one of your photos to get away. I want to sit at the table and eat a lovely lunch, sip on coffee, and delight in a slice of delicious dessert. Thank you for carrying me away for a moment.
Sharon
So beautiful! Love the rounded shape teacup and your teapot! When I see tulips I feel like spring is near!
