Summer Garden Tea

Hello everyone,
I thought we should have tea in the garden again while the weather is still warm enough. I choose this shady spot in the garden under the trees by the hostas and annebelle hydrangeas.

The blue and white gingham tablecloth looks pretty with the china.
This is a Skye McGhie pattern called Rose Brocade.

I picked up three of these teacups at a second hand store for $2.
A bouquet of flowers from the garden.

   The Rose Bouquet teapot.

I hope we can squeeze in a few more summer garden teas before moving onto Fall.

I am joining Rose Chintz Cottage today for Tea Time Tuesday and Bernideen's Tea Time Blog for Tea in the Garden.

          Enjoy your day!

           Carolyn

blues are always clean and fresh and comforting. I just love the way the gingham sets all those blue treasures off. Very pretty. I don't want your summer teas to end yet! Your garden is abundant!
A pleasure for all of us.

The blue gingham is a perfect compliment to your Skye McGhie china pattern. I also like the shape of the teapot and its big handle.

Just beautiful! I am in love with hostas. Probably, because I can't have them here. Not enough shade...anywhere in my garden. Maybe someday! Everything is just so pretty!!!

How beautiful the tablecloth is and the China, too. That looks so romantic. Maybe you dont believe it, but its true, I am a collector of tablecloth and I have 130 pieces of them.
Iam really ashamed, because you never need so many of them and most of the time you always use the same.
I send you my best regards,
have a nice wednesday, Tina
