Happy Weekend!
I just wanted to share a few of my romantic roses with you today.
David Austen Heritage Rose
Polaris or Polar Ice Rose- very hardy but beautiful!
Polaris again.
The Fairy Rose is another favorite rose as it is easy to care for and smothered in blooms until hard frost.
I am joining Roses in Malevik where you will always find beautiful roses for Show off Saturday.
I hope you all enjoy a lovely weekend!

Hello Carolyn,
Your roses are beautiful!!!
Suzann ~xoxo~
They are absolutely exquisite.
I love they way you showed them off, too.
Heading over there now to "smell" more beautiful roses.
Thank you, Carolyn, just lovely.
Carolyn,
They are so lovely. My roses are starting to sprout out of my burlap that I cover them in the winter.I need to go out and take that off of them!
Blessings,
Anne
Lovely!! It won't be long till the roses here are blooming. I can't wait! (Nevermind ... I CAN wait, because there is SO much still to be done in the garden before the flowers arrive.)
Have a great weekend.
Connie
Beautiful photos - I'm looking forward to June when all the roses bloom.
Your photographs are so beautiful, I felt I could almost smell the roses. I have the Graham Thomas and the Fairy rose climbs on a trellis in my yard. A new rose garden is now growing in my yard and I can't wait for them to mature and actually fill my arms with their beauty. Thanks for sharing all you share here. Your blog does make my heart sing when I am down.
They are so beautiful. Hope I can get some flowers on my roses this summer.
Hope you have a nice day.
Love Elzie
Carolyn: I can only dream. And that's what your roses do for me. I do have a sign in my garden that expresses those same sweet sentiments as are imposed over that beautiful rose but nothing else there can compare!! Happy Weekend..Judy
Oh thank you!
LOved every single photo...
...so beautiful! :)
What a treat to see all these beautiful roses
Love your new header! And your bedroom makeover is delightful. So calm and serene!
Beautiful words and roses Carolyn! I lost several roses this winter. The frost was simply too heavy. I hope your roses survived. They look lovely on the photo's!
Happy weekend,
Madelief x
So glad to have found your blog, I adore your pictures of roses and could while away the hours reading here. I haven't heard of Polaris. It reminds me a little of my favourite cut rose Esperance with its delicately pale petals kissed with a touch of pink. I am really looking forward to the roses beginning to bloom in my garden this year.

Thank you so much for sharing your roses--especially since I recently asked you about them:) What a beautiful post. I think the David Austin rose is my favorite--though they are all gorgeous! Now you inspired me to go work in the garden--
Stunning images. My roses are starting to get buds, and I can hardly wait for the beautiful blooms!!
Beautiful roses Carolyn! I imagine you are getting anxious to get busy in the garden. I think with another couple of days like we had here today I just may be out to do some clean-up soon : )
I loved your gorgeous bedroom in your last post. Such lovely re-decorating my friend!
hugs from here...
