Pink Saturday

Hello everyone,
Come on in and have a cup of tea! It is Pink Saturday and so I am using some of my pink china today.
Another thrift shop teacup.
How about a pecan butterball or a sugar cookie?

.
And for some extra special pink- our granddaughter Lila in her little pink tutu, these photos were taken by her Mama.
We had our skating party tonight with some of our children and grandchildren. There was a bit of a nip in the air tonight but we had a bonfire going and it is almost a full moon so it was bright out. It was great fun but there is nothing like some fresh air and exercise to make a hot tub and early bed very inviting!

I am joining How Sweet the Sound for Pink Saturday , Rose Garden in Malevik for show off Saturday and Hope in Every Season for Homemaking Weekend.

Thank you for stopping by to visit.

Have a lovely weekend,

Carolyn

Beautiful post as always and I just adored the pics of your grand daughter in her tutu. My 5 yr. old and 3 yr. old grand daughters take ballet as well. I want them to go on and on with it since my own daughter did but I don't know???? They are so adorable at this age. Carolyn, I adore seeing pictures of your beautiful grand children.

Hi Carolyn,

Oh, what a sweet ballerina! And, although I love all of your MANY teacups - I think you've featured in this post my two favourites! Lol Thank you for the tea! The cookies were delicious. :-) You are always such a gracious host.

Love all the pink. And the cutie in pink!

I fought for years to not have pink, green, white and lilac in my house but guess what direction it's going in now! Not as romantic as yours but I've just started and you've given me some great ideas. My favorite tea cup is the second one but the first one, with so much pink is the same as one I recently saw at our local Antique Mall and almost bought.

Enjoy your Pink Saturday!

Sincerely,
Chy

What a lovely pink post! Your petite ballerina is prima! I especially like your pink teacups and saucers. I just came back from a thrift store perusal--very little treasure and plenty o'trash, but I did get one pretty cup and saucer.
