A Walk in the Park

Hello everyone,
It was a beautiful day here today and I enjoyed having lunch outside in the garden with a good friend today. It is such a treat to still enjoy being out in the sunshine with some hot soup, scones and a cup of tea, cozy  in a warm sweater.
On Saturday I had a walk in the park with Noah and Lila(our grandchildren) and took a few pics along the way.
Noah is enjoying kindergarten this year. How quickly the time goes by!
Lila reminds me of her Mama at that age.
I love the fallen leaves and the sunlight peeking through the trees as Noah and Lila enjoy their walk in the park.

The photo above is the fall color in our garden a few days ago./

I have been doing some necessary fall housecleaning lately and getting the last of our outdoor chores done before the cold weather sets in so I haven't had time to take a lot of photos but hopefully one day soon I will get more creative!
Thanks for visiting,

Carolyn

Carolyn,

Lila and Noah are just absolutely adorable. One of our grand daughters, Bryson, who is also in kindergarten received her very first report card with excellent marks. Soooooooo tonight we are taking her and her 3 year old sister out to dinner to a restaurant of their choice, a pizza place, of course. She is so proud of herself but we will also celebrate little Nolyn as well. Aren't Grands just the best. Next April their mother will have her third little girl and Bryson and Nolyn are so excited and it will be our 6th grand baby. I plan to take photos of our evening celebration to share. BTW, your Fall is just magical. We are experiencing Fall weather here in N FL but we are subject to go up in temps at any time. I enjoy the cooler temps as long as they are here. I will be in the garden today.

Dear Carolyn,

Noah and Lila look very sweet on the photo's!

Your garden still looks lovely! I am happy to hear you still have good weather. It's warm for the time of year in Holland as well. I spent an hour sitting in the sun yesterday. It felt so good!

Oh my, Carolyn. How absolutely adorable your grandchildren are. Lila is a knockout. GREAT PICTURES.

Loved your musical background, too. The Secret
Garden was on when I tuned in and it was so soul soothing it made me cry! Wow!

Take care Carolyn. Susan

Beautiful pics on your beautiful grandchildren. Just love their eyes. My two youngest visited me today and, as always, I forgot to take my camera and get some pics of them. Ain't that just me?!?!?
Hope you have a wonderful weekend in the strange weather.
