Tea time

Hello everyone,
It is tea time Tuesday at Sandi's again  and I wanted to join in but i didn't have any new tea photos so I hope you don't mind me reposting one of my favorite teas.
I love this big old teapot that came from Reid House antiques in Tyron here on the Island.

the teacups are similar in color but a different pattern.

I love shortcake of any kind!

I hope you enjoy your tea time and can join in the fun at Sandi's Rose Chintz Cottage.

I am off to Halifax with some of my family for a couple of days so I will see you later!

Have a lovely day,

Carolyn

Carolyn, Carolyn, Carolyn!!!! What can I say, m'dear?!!! I am in loooove. Okay, it's getting so now that I can hardly sleep at night waiting to visit your Island.

I am really hoping I can find something like this GORGEOUS teapot to bring back home with me. I have a feeling this 'happy therapy' is just what the doc ordered at this time...

Have a glorious time in Halifax with your family!

Hugs,
Linda

Carolyn, thank you for posting a lovely tea before leaving for your trip to Halifax. Your blue is so pretty and I like shortcake of any kind too. The problem at my place is my hubby prefers the cake while I prefer the biscuit. Oh well, both are a real treat any time. See you when you get back. Have fun!

Blessings,
Sandi

My first time visit... and I'm swooning. I LOVE your site. I love teaparties. I love that you are Canadian and living on PEI. I've never been (live in AB) but always wanted to when I was in love reading all of L.M. Montgomery's books and journals.

So glad I 'met' you. Don't you just love this blogging world. I'll be back!

Wishing you glimpses of heaven in unexpected places....
