Garden Tour and a Tea

Hello everyone,
It is the end of May already and now we are coming into June my favorite month of the year! Although I love all the seasons everything is so fresh, lush and green in June and you still have all the days of summer ahead to look forward to.

We have had some visitors to the garden already and although it is still early in our garden season there is still much to enjoy.

I hope you didn't notice the daffys need to be deadheaded here.

These photos were taken last week and already the garden has changed. Soon the early peonies and the lilacs will be blooming.

Since it is sunny but windy today- come inside for a cup of tea. Sit here by the window to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. You can watch the hummingbirds flutter from flower to flower outside the window while these little hummers steal a sip of your tea..

The broader picture in evening light.

Enjoy a peek through some Victoria magazines and have a little relaxation while you are here. I look forward to each new Victoria magazine and I hope it will soon become a monthly issue.

Today I am joining Sandi at Rose Chintz Cottage as well as Kathy at A Delightsome Life for their lovely Tuesday parties and also a new tea party at Trisha's Sweetology .

I hope you enjoyed the tea and tour!

Take care,
Carolyn

What a glorious garden you have! I was thinking of you yesterday when I was out tending to my 12 rose bushes, wondering how you take care of so many. I have something attacking them and it just drives you mad to think you could lose the blossoms you have waited on all winter!

There is nothing I love to do more than come here and go through your gardens with you Carolyn. I am always in awe of the beauty of them. I know I say it all the time, but it is from the bottom of my heart. You have made a Heaven here, and we are all very lucky to get a chance to see it!

Oh yes, I really enjoyed the tour in your lovely garden. Wish it was for real though, lol.

I still haven't found that magazine here. It's a pity cause it shows that it's very lovely to lay an hour or two on.

Hope you have a nice day. Here we're expecting some rain later this evening and it'll be welcome. It's very dry in the garden and some flowers nicks already.

Love Elzie

Hi Carolyn,
I love the shots of your charming little cottage. It really should be in a magazine! Love your gardens and the little birdie tray. Thanks for sharing with Tea Time and enjoy this sunny day we're having. I think they're calling for rain tomorrow.

Blessings,
Sandi

the garden is beautiful. And the hummingbird tray is adorable. Love hummingbirds. They are my favorite birds and I look forward to their return each summer.

A few years ago I actually had one that got so used to me he would sit on my finger while I held a feeder. It was so thrilling.

Beautiful! This is our second sunny, hot day here and I'm loving it even though my kitchen is being torn apart and I have to be mostly inside. Your garden is looking wonderful. Pamela

Hello Carolyn - your garden is exquisite! Love the beautiful blue flowers seemingly floating through your garden beds bringing it all together - the colors are wonderful! We're in the midst of summer here 98 degrees! So very hot! I'd love to sit in your pretty lounge chair to take it all in with a cup of tea and of course Victoria!
Thank you for sharing this with A Return to Loveliness,
God Bless,
