Hello everyone,
It is a wintry day here with schools closed for the day because of drifting snow so it is a good day to have a cup of tea by the fireside.
I love the Royal Albert Rose Cameo Peach teacup that I bought at Winner's and it blends well with the Wild Rose china by Skye McGhie.
This tea is the best green tea I have ever had. Thank you ,Janice! It was a gift from one of my tea party friends last week.
Have a piece of raspberry lemon cream cake.
I am joining in with Sandi for teatime Tuesday again at Rose Chintz Cottage. Lots of lovely teas again for you to enjoy-Thank you Sandi for hosting.
Thank you for stopping by for tea with me today,
Carolyn

Beautiful and cozy, Carolyn! Perfect for today as we are having some wintery weather, too. That tin the roses are in is luscious! I'm always on the look out for something like that but don't find many.
Wishing you a really wonderful new week. Thank you as always for this lovely interlude! – g

With the fire going, the scrumptous looking cake and a cup of tea it all looks so cozy and inviting. Hope the snow does stop soon.
Everything is so pretty. i enjoyed the visit. Carol
Carolyn, you have created a beautiful and delicious way to find comfort from the cold.
And, Raspberry Lemon Cream Cake! Yum!
I love your beautiful china in this tea post and I could just jump in the picture and join you for a cup and a piece of your delicious looking cake! I agree with what the church sign says lol. We have so much ice here now after last Friday's freezing rain that it makes driveways and walking very dangerous. Keep warm and cozy by your fire. Blessings, Pam
So beautiful!!! Oh and the cake...YUMMY! Wish I has some right now!
Happy Tea-day!
~Donna~
Another lovely tea setting, Carolyn! Your china is so very pretty and of course, I love Skye McGhie! It all looks so inviting on this cold blustery day!
My hubby just got home from work and now he's out shoveling. Must put on the tea and fix something for him to eat while I get supper ready.
Will this snow never come to an end? I don't think I've seen a bank as high as the one we have out on our front step right now. Spring can't come quick enough!
Thank you for your lovely post. It is always a pleasure to visit you.
Blessings,
Sandi
Delicious tea time!
As always, everything is sooo beautiful and inspiring!
Beautiful tea setting Carolyn. The raspberry cream cake looks sooo good. hugs, Jen.
Tea by the fire would be lovely and a piece of your cake for sure.
Everything is so inviting Carolyn, love joining you for tea each week.

I visited you this afternoon after a very very stressful hard day and I can not tell you how peaceful I felt looking over this Afternoon Tea and the peaceful music! Loved it all and thank you! :)
HI Carolyn, oh goodness, you can send some of that snow over here. We haven't any this winter...at least not in town where I live :( Your tea looks fabulous...the tea, the cake, the dishes. I've discovered that Prince Albert, Royal Albert etc are my favorite china patterns. Fit my style perfectly :) :) Have a lovely tea. Thanks for inviting to share this with you today. Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)
Dear Carolyn,
What a lovely setting for tea. I love your beautiful tea cup, and I think that flavor tea is becoming very popular. I am starting to see more of it in the tea rooms I'm visiting. Guess I need to give it a try!
If your weather get's better so won't ours! Hurry! We need warmth!
~Shirley
Such a lovely table! Would love to join you for tea!
Blessings,
Kathy

What a lovely teatime! And the cake looks so delicious...mjammii! I especially love the plate of the cake, that's gorgeous.
I hope it will stop snowing soon in your part of the world as well as in my part. We were hoping for spring too, but since last Weekend Winter is back :o(. Let's stay patient...and drinking tea until better times arrive.
Kind regards
Alex
