I am busy working on some projects-I think this mild weather is making me think it is spring cleaning time! So if you are not too busy tomorrow come back and I will show you what I have been up to!
I just LOVE the black ribbon trimmed gloves and the sweater purse....Did you make those? So SWEET! There's just something about black and white.
I'm in a project mood also! It's so foggy here I can't see the end of the road today, but I still took the dog for a long walk...in the high 30's..not too bad.
Just wanted to let you know I stopped by and say hello.
Hi Carolyn .....I would love to come back and visit tomorrow. I thought I smelled a hint of spring in the air but whammo! A big snowstorm hit this afternoon. Could barely see driving home and I was glad to get into my driveway. Loved the sweet faced angel with his hand to his chest. Take care. Sincerely, Susan from writingstraightfromtheheart.blogspot.com
I wish I could open all my windows and let in fresh clean air. That would be a start to some spring cleaning. Here in Ohio it will be forever before I can open those windows and peek out to see my beloved cottage garden again. I very much enjoyed your fox visit on your last post, Carolyn. Looking forward to seeing your projects.
Carolyn....It seems everyone is in the mood to be creative lately...I think everyone is looking for something to do to get out of the winter doldrums. Can't wait to see what you have been doing!~Patti
Hi Carolyn, I love your chairs and the black and cream toile fabric is a lovely touch. You sure have had the snow, I can feel the cold from the photo's. The little red fox is adorable, he looked so cold. I have enjoyed my visit today with you. Take care, Elizabaeth
A spring day here too--60F...and I went out to work in the yard. But a big ice storm is headed our way this weekend. We'll hope it's snow rather than ice, but you never know where we live til it happens. Have a good weekendf!
Hi Olivia, No,I haven't seen the fox since but I'm sure he will be back. We have woods nearby so there is lots of small wildlife. We do not have deer for example on the Island- and my garden is thankful! Take care, Carolyn
Blessings to you, Carolyn! I think the white gloves with black bows is darling along with the sweater type bag...cute, cute, cute. Have a Fantastic week-end and looking forward to Spring!!! d from homehaven
Hi Carolyn - I agree with you, I'm getting the spring bug already. I'm excited to see what you're up to, and j'adore the cherub candleholder you have. -marie
Carolyn, maybe I´ll have time tomorrow to see your new post, hope I have the time and not miss it... I´m going to vacations till march!! See you then... Muchos cariños, Maria Cecilia
Oh Carolyn you would not believe this... just yesterday I found a chair at a thrift store exactly like yours...it's in the most despicable condition, but I can hardly wait to get my hands on it... I can already envision the result! Tee-hee!
I was feeling a little springy last week here in Ontario...but alas... the bitter cold has returned :)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day! xx

Good morning. We show no sign of Spring here in NY. Actually we're in for a very cold weekend, but I too am in the project mode.
ReplyDeleteCurious to see wha you worked on.
