Tea Time ~ Month by Month

 Hello everyone,

In January I always enjoy looking back

over some of my favorite tea times.

Hopefully, you enjoy a look back as well.

Above is one of my favorite winter white teas.

                                                              The romantic month of February
                                                              always brings out this pretty teapot
                                                              as it was a Valentine gift from my
                                                              husband several years ago.

                                                                    Soft brown & white transferware
                                                                    for March.

                                                                           Red and white transferware
                                                                            for April.

                                                                           May brings out all the sunny yellow
                                                                           daffodils in our garden.

                                                                          In late June the roses start to
                                                                          bloom so they make pretty bouquets
                                                                          for a June Tea.

                                                                        A big bouquet of peonies
                                                                        from the garden is the
                                                                        perfect centerpiece for a
                                                                        July Tea. 

                                                                          A soft romantic August Tea
                                                                          in the Boathouse.

                                                                        September is a nature lovers
                                                                        tea in the tiny conservatory of
                                                                        the Boathouse.

                                                                    The warm cozy tea time of
                                                                     October.

                                                                        November is a good time
                                                                        to bring out my transferware
                                                                        again.

                                                            This is one of my favorite
                                                                       December Teas.
                                                                        All this looking a tea time
                                                                       photos reminds me that it is
                                                                        time for a hot cup of tea!

Afternoon Tea & Treats

                                                                          Hello everyone,

                                                   Well, with our Christmas decor put away for
                                                   another year we can enjoy our afternoon tea
                                                   in the bay window area again.
                                                      I am happy to say our bitter cold weather
                                                    has past and a mild weather system has moved
                                                    in.

                                                              I love that our local Vanco tulips are
                                                               available in the stores once again.
                                                               They always add some early spring
                                                                time cheer.

                                                                   A cupcake anyone to go with
                                                                   your tea?

                                                                   It is a soft pink and white theme
                                                                   for afternoon tea today.

                                                     I love that the days are already a little
                                                                longer and soon the sun will be
                                                                noticeably stronger as well.
