Island Summer Days

                                                                                Hello everyone,
                                                      We have had a lot of beautiful sunny days here
                                                      on the Island this summer so that means going
                                                     to the beach as much as possible for many of us.
                                                      There are all kinds of beautiful beaches to go to.

                                                                   If we are busy in the daytime we can still enjoy
                                                                   an evening walk on the beach and watch the sun go down.

                                                           Life is beachy !

Vintage Touches

                                                                                Hello everyone,

                                                       I hope you  had a lovely weekend.~ it was a
                                                       beautiful one here.
                                                          I took some shots of some of the details of
                                                      the Vintage Tea here last week.
                                                          The teapot about is a very old one that I
                                                    have had for awhile but the plate belongs to my friend Snow.

                                                                       It is the little touches that add the charm.

                                                                      I love all the handwork on this and the
                                                                      message as well.

                                                                   the pretty spooner was my Mom's.

                                                                       We used lots of vintage linems
                                                                       for the tea. The pillows were made
                                                                       from vintage Ralph Lauren fabric.
