Feminine Afternoon Tea



                                                                          Hello everyone,

                                                             I hope your week is going well.
                                                            Maybe, you would like to join me
                                                            for afternoon tea in the sunroom.
                                                                        I am using my dainty pink
                                                                        and white china today.
                                                                                   
              A feminine lace dress
                     to wear for afternoon tea.

                                                                         A beautiful bouquet of roses
                                                                         alas,no longer garden roses.

                                                                          A stack of pretty dishes.
                                                                        Some of you know this is one
                                                                        of my favorite teapots and I do have a
                                                                        few to pick from?

                                                           
                                                                        Pretty china is hard to leave
                                                                        behind at thrift stores....do you
                                                                        agree?
                         
                                                        I am so glad you could join me
                                                                   for tea today.

    Anything pretty is hard to leave at thrift stores! And that's what I love about them. I can walk out with a gorgeous dress and a beautiful tray, plus a few other little precious things, for less than $20. I love your wicker chair. I have two of them in my backyard, but they are nowhere near as elaborate as the one you have pictured. Wicker chairs are so comfortable.

    Yes, pretty china is hard to leave behind but I'm trying! Your pinks are very soft and a delight to the eyes, Carolyn. I do love your pretty teapot and the teacups are lovely. Have a wonderful day.
