Feminine Afternoon Tea

                                                                          Hello everyone,

I hope your week is going well.
Maybe, you would like to join me
for afternoon tea in the sunroom.
I am using my dainty pink
                                                                        and white china today.

              A feminine lace dress
                     to wear for afternoon tea.

                                                                         A beautiful bouquet of roses
                                                                         alas,no longer garden roses.

                                                                          A stack of pretty dishes.
Some of you know this is one
of my favorite teapots and I do have a
                                                                        few to pick from?

Pretty china is hard to leave
                                                                        behind at thrift stores....do you
                                                                        agree?

I am so glad you could join me
                                                                   for tea today.

Enjoy the rest of your week!

  1. Anything pretty is hard to leave at thrift stores! And that's what I love about them. I can walk out with a gorgeous dress and a beautiful tray, plus a few other little precious things, for less than $20. I love your wicker chair. I have two of them in my backyard, but they are nowhere near as elaborate as the one you have pictured. Wicker chairs are so comfortable.
