Hi everyone,
We are having April showers here for a
couple of days which hopefully will
bring May flowers.
In the meantime I am enjoying the beautifulbouquet of tulips brought by a kind friend.
In the sunroom I am enjoying
my hydrangeas and geraniums.
Pretty bouquets of tulips bring so
much pleasure while I wait for our garden
to bloom again.
Sunny yellow.
We still have snow here so it will be awhile
before we have blooms, but each day we are
getting closer!
Enjoy the rest of your week,
Carolyn
I was just here earlier pinning. Looks like I'm pinning some more. SO lovely, Carolyn!

ReplyDeleteHello Carolyn,

Hi Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteI just adore your sunroom and have always wanted one myself, thought I think I would never leave it!

Wishing you May flowers!!

ReplyDeleteIf you have already done this, I apologize. Please tell us about your climate, how much time you spend in the garden (working), if you have gardening help and all the things we gardeners need to know from one another. Do you deal with deer or other critters? How do you keep your porch furniture free of bugs, webs and such? Many of us would love to hear the inside story of how you attain these gorgeous gardens. We all have our gardening battles - mine is deer. I'm not fond of 'deer resistant' plants, and most of them are not resisted by my deer. What are your tried and true tips and tricks? We would love to see a blog post with all the nitty gritty. As an avid gardener, I know this kind of beauty doesn't magically appear. Thank you, Carolyn for the inspiration to keep at it.

Gorgeous and cheerful colours in these flowers. They really are pretty and will do until they grow in your gardens.

ReplyDeleteHi Andrea,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment. I will do a post on this again but if you would like to check out the post The Making of our Garden you will probably get the answer to most of these questions.
Enjoy your garden!
Carolyn
