I hope you are enjoying a peaceful
Sunday with time to reflect on your
blessings.
A bouquet of roses makes me happy
while waiting for my garden roses.
A place to relax and enjoy the beauty of
all that white sparkling snow.!!!???
Pretty pink tulips and roses give some
cheerful color.
Sunday afternoon tea.
it means Spring is a little closer and I think
we are all looking forward to having some
warmer temps and melting snow around here.
Thank you for visiting!
Carolyn
Lovely pictures very spring like!
ReplyDeleteStill a lot of snow here and very cold in Ontario.
Hugs, Monika
Such a lovely post Carolyn and I am sure you are ready for your snow to melt so you can get back in to your gardening. We haven't had the snow but drizzly and cold for days here in N FL and frankly it has been depressing. However, you post put a smile on my face.I too am ready for Spring. I have some days that I am able to get out in my garden and get a little bed clean up done. I do have some antique daffodils that are very fragrant and are blooming and I have enjoyed bringing them inside. Their fragrance is intoxicating. We also have our tulip trees blooming here so we are seeing a few signs of Spring. More than most people so I feel guilty about complaining.
ReplyDeleteI am curious about the book you showed in a couple of your photos. Could you tell me a little about the book?
Carolyn from N FL
Lovely images, Carolyn! So glad March is finally here and Spring is on its way even though the scenery around us tells us differently.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Sandi
Oh, I would love to have a sunny spot like that with favorite treasures, a favorite quilt or two, and my piano teacher's chaise.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
Beautiful soft surroundings, the chaise and the flowers are a perfect prelude to Spring. Thanks for sharing such loveliness.

ReplyDeleteOh my what a perfect spot to slip away and read or soak up a little vitamin and fall asleep for a little 'catnap'..The large vase with flower pattern is just irresistible.
ReplyDeleteHi Carolyn at Southern Cook,
ReplyDeleteI would love to have daffodils getting ready to bloom here but alas not for quite awhile yet by the look of all the snow....patience!
The beautiful book Summer for all the Senses that you asked about is from Norway and some of my photos are in it.
