Welcome!
It is Tea Time again and today's tea was
inspired by a lovely calender I received
from my fellow tea friend Bernideen .
with the Dutch calender in the background.
Tulips and roses on the windowsill.
I love all the dutch inspired photos onthe calender and it brings back memories
of my sweet Dutch Mama. Thank you
Bernideen......I will treasure it!
Sit for awhile and enjoy a cup of tea
as the sunroom is a lovely spot to be on
these sunny late winter days.In here you
can even feel a little spring.
A mix of china.
I had to show you another recent thrift
find....isn't it irresistible?
Hope you have a good week.......I think
there is a hint of spring in the air and it
is nice to see a little bit of melting going on
here.
I am joining Rose Chintz Cottage,
Antiques and Teacups and
Bernideen's Tea Time Blog
for their lovely tea parties.
Thank you for visiting!
Carolyn
What a pretty post, Carolyn! The calendar is really lovely and a thoughtful gift from our friend Bernideen. I have a sweet Dutch DIL whose parents both came from the old country. So my little grandson and granddaughter are both half Dutch and both cutie-pies! Your blue and white china is beautiful. Have a beautiful day and yes, I do believe there is a feeling of spring in the air at last.

Hi Carolyn,
ReplyDeleteHow lovey of sweet Bernideen to send you the calendar! The image of the Dutch gentleman reminds me of the photo you took of Andrew tending your garden in the morning mist, one of your and my fave photos, too. There's something ethereal about that image. Anyhow, gotta run and start work. Have a cuppa for moi, would ya! Hugs XO
