Christmas Vignettes



                                                                 Hello everyone,
                     With another year almost over, I thought I would start wrapping up the season by
                     sharing some Christmas mosaics.
         I love this unusual not quite teal transferware teacup that I got last year from Emmett & Ellie's in town.
         The red and white transferware plate on the bottom also came from Emmett & Ellie's and my toile
          santa from Winner's.
                                                                     
                           I didn't seem to get around to sharing all my Christmas decorating this year
                           ~ it seems a couple of little trips away set me back a bit. However, there was no
                           shortage of beautiful homes to see all decked out for Christmas and I sure did enjoy
                           peeking into their cozy nests!

I have to say it is quite a trek down there with all the soft snow this year.



We seem to be getting snow everyday almost this December and it is starting to pile up! It has been one
of the prettiest Decembers in awhile but it has not been windy so it is piling on roofs and decks etc.
making for a lot more shoveling but safer driving.

    IT seems your house is always pretty in the winter or summer but I can see how the snow would really make it glisten! Thanks for all the pictures you share and happy new year!

    We do have a lot of snow this year! Probably a record for December. Your little boat house is adorable sitting there in the snow. You always share such lovely photos. Have a wonderful holiday and Happy New Year to you and your loved ones!

    Your images are wonderful again. Until now we have not got any snow but already three heavy storms. I should like to have some snow and ice of course as we like skating.

    Hi Carolyn - been watching CBC. Sounds like you're getting some rotten weather there. We had the ice storm but didn't lose power. Based on Pinterest, I think you might be craving a bit of spring already (just like me). Have a very happy new year. XO J

    Your boat house picture could be a Christmas card it is so pretty. Any place and anything on your property could make wonderful cards. You just take amazing pictures!

    You photograph the sweetest vignettes Carolyn and I like the colour of the transferware teacup.
