A Romantic Sunroom Tea

Hello everyone,
Welcome to afternoon tea in the sunroom.

I am using my soft pink and white china today for a romantic look.
I am sure some of you remember this pretty teapot that my sweet husband surprised me with for Valentines Day a few  years ago. You might also know I have quiet a few teapots~ but this one is my very favorite!

I am so happy to have locally grown tulips from Vanco available in the grocery stores again. They cheer me up while waiting for our own to bloom in the garden.I also splurged on some carnations and roses.

With the milder weather we have had lately our little sunroom is a bright and cheery place to enjoy a cup of tea and a scone or two!

I though you might like to see the cupboard in the sunroom again where I keep my collection of dainty pink and white china. If you would like to see more of the sunroom you can click here.

  4. Your china is so pretty. Your cupboard is gorgeous and I would spend a lot of time just looking at everything. So captivating. I'm wondering if it is a hutch or a built-in cupboard? Maybe you can show us more of it. Hugs, Deb

  11. What a lovely pictures I like the pink colors and the teapot with the roses. It looks a bite at springtime, and it very good for the brain that nice colors. Over here it's very cold we had frost and not over here but at some other places a lot of snow. I think we can ice skating here today or tomorrow. In the morning it is cold - 12 gr I think, but when the sun is coming up it is lovely winter weather. Have a nice day Carolyn.
    Greeting Petra.

  16. What a delightful romantic sunroom. I enjoyed viewing your cupboard with all the pink and white china and your favorite teapot is a beauty. I am glad to see the carnations again. Here they were a long time out of fashion, but I always liked them very much.

  27. This is so very romantic! Your china closet is picture perfect! I see a little wedding cake topper tucked in there...was that yours??

While PEI is a reasonable trip from the southeastern coast of Massachusetts, I still have not made the trip!

My sister's in-laws make the trip every summer, as they have for over 40 years I believe. They stay for almost a month....and still love every minute of it!

  28. Good evening Carolyn,

With all the stress I've had lately all I could think about was crawling into one of your photos to get away. I want to sit at the table and eat a lovely lunch, sip on coffee, and delight in a slice of delicious dessert. Thank you for carrying me away for a moment.
