Laundry Day!

Hello everyone,
Today it is laundry day, so I am airing some of my pretty linens.

I love this dainty blouse with the beautybush in full bloom behind it.
A blouse from Winners that looks like an old fashioned camisole.

The lace dress, I bought recently at a local thrift shop, and it fits me perfectly, so if I ever have a vintage tea, I know just the thing to wear!

I seem to remember an old adage that you shouldn't air your dirty linens in public, but mine are clean,-so I hope you didn't mind!!!

I am joining My Romantic Home for Show and Tell Friday and French Country Cottage for Featured Nest Friday.

Thank you for visiting and to all who left such lovely comments on the little ones yesterday.

Take care,
Carolyn

  2. You must be an alchemist! Only you know how to turn little thing into something beautiful! I love the wonderful white clothing on the line, it is so pretty. I adore your lace dress and the lacy skirt next to it, when you grow tired of them, please send them my way.
Have a good evening my friend.

The dresses and blouses are very pretty and you do not know how to find them, because I love it too, but here there is no such thing.
You are always very romantic and I love your photos!

  20. Perfect and pretty and pressed ready for your next tea date! I love these feminine pieces - have a few myself. Wish I could always display them. The white against the green yard and pick floral accessories is the just right setting!

  21. I actually remember Laundry Day growing up. It was followed by Ironing Day! Now Laundry is a never ending process. Thank goodness for washing machines and dryers, but I still love the smell of fresh laundry dried on a line. Your lingerie is beautiful!
