Happy Birthday, Pink Saturday!

Hello everyone,

            Today we are celebrating the 3 rd birthday of the very popular Pink Saturday at Beverly's How Sweet the Sound.
   

So I made a special bouquet for the occasion with flowers from our spring garden.
Naturally the occasion calls for a cup of tea!

Thank you, Beverly for coming up with this great idea three years ago and putting so much work into it each week. It is something that so many people enjoy participating in or even just visiting!

    Dear Carolyn,

    What a beautiful bouquet! Isn't it lovely picking all those flowers from your garden again?! It one of the things I enjoy doing very much.

    We plan to go to our garden today. I have to prune some early flowering shrubs, replant seedlings of foxgloves and Cosmea and get rid of lots of weed! It's amazing how fast everything grows during a week's absence.
