A Year of Tea Parties

January- a winter white tea
 February - a Valentine breakfast tea.
 March- a sun room tea.
 April- a pink tea
   May- a white tea in the cottage
  June- tea and peonies.
  July- a lovely afternoon tea in the garden
  August- pink tea with hydrangeas
 September- garden tea
 October- an Autumn tea
 September-
November- brown and white transferware tea
 December- a warm and cozy tea.

  Well, that is some of my favorite little tea parties from the past year- I hope you enjoyed a looking back  with me!
Thank you to all of you that left good wishes for the New Year to our family.
Today I am joining in with Sandi  again for Tea Time Tuesday at Rose Chintz Cottage and also Lady Katherine at Lady Katherine's Tea Parlor for some lovely teas.

  20. Sooo pretty....! This would make a wonderful calendar. I tried to pick a favorite tea but I love them all terribly! I have gotten some good ideas for my two little girls April birthdays coming up! Little girls tea parties are so much fun! Thanks you for the inspiration Carolyn!

  21. This was a lovely review of your tea parties! They are all so inviting and make me wish I could sit down and have a "cuppa" with you in your gardens.
    I've just come back from a leisurely visit to your Christmas blog and thoroughly enjoyed my visit there. It was so nice to relax and look at all your gorgeous decorations/photography now that the busy-ness of the season is over.

  47. Your blog takes my breath away...wow...so beautiful!

    Theme Tea Parties are one of my favorite things too! I usually have a blessing table where friends are invited to bring something 'like new' that they wish to pass on. Before leaving the tea party...I encouraged everyone to take something they need from the 'Blessing Table'. The BEST part is seeing the top of the table completely bare when the last person leaves. Blessings abound where people share. One year I place a new Longaberger table setting (plate/cup)...a lady was thrilled...needed exactly that (in that color) to complete her 4 place setting. Loved that.

    I promise I'll be back to visit again soon...I'm one of your new followers.

  50. I need to find some friends who love tea as much as I do. I have never been to a tea party. I wonder if there are such groups in my area. I will have to look this up.
