Tea Time

Hello everyone,

I really enjoyed Rhondi's third annual porch party yesterday and I still have more lovely porches to visit-it seems there are not enough hours in the day sometimes doesn't it! Thank you to all who came to visit me and welcome to my new followers too- it is always a pleasure to hear from you.

Today it is tea time and I want to show off some of my favorite tea things. Don't you just love these pretty teacups-they were a lovely gift from a good friend-thanks Heather!

There is one for you and one for me.

All the beautiful china shared today came from Reid House Antiques in Tyron(P.E.I.) last year. It is a great place to stop in and visit.

Yes, we still have lilacs here and the garden is full of their fragrance. Tomorrow I will take you on a garden tour-come to think of it- I have a house and garden tour tomorrow with tea and dessert-I better get busy!

Isn't it such a dainty pattern?

Remember the garden bench I got last week at Reid House well I also bought this pretty covered dish too. I have been pretty good lately about not buying things but I couldn't resist this or the garden bench. It is hard to be good all the time! ha

I think I may have wandered off the tea topic a bit but the color theme matched so well I had to throw in a few extra shots!

I hope you have some time today to sit and smell the lilacs!

Today I am joining in with Sandi at Rose Chintz Cottage for her lovely TeaTime Tuesday so you can go and enjoy some lovely tea over there!

Thank you for visiting,

&

Enjoy your day!

Carolyn
