Mosaic Monday

Happy Monday! After a week of cool wet weather we had some warm sunshine yesterday so we went for a little drive to enjoy the countryside. Fort Amherst is a beautiful place to go for a walk and enjoy the view. Of course living on an Island there are lots of lighthouses and this is one of my favorites.

And then a little tour around our garden to see what is in bloom.

And then a peek at what is to come-oh I am looking forward to these blooms again!

and then just in case you didn't see these,I made a collage for you.

After studying my garden photos from last year in the different seasons, looking for ways to improve the garden,

I have a big list of plants to divide and move in the garden today so I am off to get started on that but I hope to be back tomorrow.

Again,I am joining Mary at Little Red House for Mosaic Monday. There are always lots of beautiful mosaics to see there.

Thank you for visiting me

&

enjoy your day!

Carolyn

  13. Dearest Carolyn, I always enjoy my visits to your place!
Gorgeous pictures to delight the soul.

Really neat Mosaic's you've created. I have no knowledge on how to create these...perhaps this summer I will gather enough courage to give it a try.

    Yours are beautiful!

  20. Hi Carolyn,

Love your pictures of the lighthouse & your garden.

In your garden several flowers are already in bloom that are not in bloom in our garden yet. Funny how nature works!! We don't have irisses, geraniums or roses yet, although I can see some buds!!

Thanks for your sweet comments about my garden. I am very happy with it at the moment! My only worry is if it will have enough colour in summer.I will just have to wait and see. Looking forward to see more pictures of your garden. Your garden is exactly how I want my dream garden to be!!!

    Happy evening!

    Lieve groet, Madelief

  25. What a beautiful and quaint lighthouse!

I loved your garden mosaics, Carolyn. What is that beautiful clematis in your third mosaic? It's lovely. An atragene group, I'm guessing?

  29. Your flowers are so beautiful :-) I can't wait till our garden is in full bloom too!! I'm a bit worried about my blue hydrangeas -- a cold night a few weeks ago seemed to kill a lot of the leaf buds.

We're having a Mother's Day giveaway over at DesignTies. Drop by if you have a minute and enter to win a beautiful Lisa Leonard necklace :-)
