Can you believe we are already into October. It seems like only a few weeks ago that the garden was just coming to life. Today I am sharing a few collages I made from pictures I took last October of places around here(Prince Edward Island)
This Knox's Dam in the eastern part of the Island.
Don't you love the colors of fall?

I know this is off the topic but isn't baby Lila growing? Our little granddaughter is 8 months old now. She is such a sweetie don't you think?
Hope you have a good day and thank you for visiting me.Carolyn

Baby Lila is welcome in every post you do sweetie! To precious to pass up in my book.
SO I have made a decision here.. you need to open your home to become a B&B! I could spend hours wandering your garden and the hills near by.. sitting in a quaint area reading one of Jan Karon's latest books and sipping lovely grown tea with a sampling of cookies.
Day dreaming I know.. but hey, that's why I come here!

Beautiful fall colours and what a cutie Lila is
Carolyn, Baby Lila is absolutely darling! Prettier than anything that "Fall" has to offer. But your photo collages are gorgeous, too. There really aren't any fall colors around Winnipeg to show yet. Further up north there are, but not here, yet. Hug, Cindy S.
Prince Edward Island looks to be such a magical place to live. In every season your home always looks so beautiful. These mosaics were gorgeous and your little grand daughter is adorable.

Oh what a beautiful place - Prince Edward Island...*sigh* I am a pretty new admirer of your blog and the one thing that got me hooked was the wonderful environment. When I was a little girl I remember watching Anne of Green Gables. I was literally glued to the tv, taking it all in, dreaming away... It has stayed in my mind ever since and the day I came across your blog and saw all your beautiful pictures and realized that you actually live on the island really made my day. Thank you for letting me know that such a beautiful place really exists!
LOL - I thought I recognized that second collage - Roger and I had our first kiss there :)
Beautiful photos!
Firsy your grandaughter is precious as is her sweet dress.
I must visit your Island someday. It is so lovely and looks so peaceful. Your photography is wonderful. I have enjoyed another visit. Sharon
It is lovely to see photos around your Island and your grandaughter is delightful.
Hi Carolyn,
visiting your blog is always a great source of inspiration. Your house and garden are amazing and so are the grace and charm you instil into each and every photo you post. I visit every day just to inhale beauty and grace and have enough fuel in my whole being to face the day ahead of me.
I'd be delighted if you'd find the time to drop by my blog @ www.ritashabbychicrose.blogspot.com

Lila is beautiful!
You always have such beautiful post, such beautiful pictures, beautiful gardens, home, surroundings, collectibles, etc., but my most favorite is when you are surrounded by loved ones!
You have a beautiful family!
God Bless!
All the best,

P.E.I. must be one of the most beautiful places on this earth. Your mosaics are lovely and so is that darling little Lila.

Wish you a wonderful weekend!
Hi Carolyn,
How beautiful the fall is on your island. The colours of the trees, the lake and the old houses.. Your granddaughter Lila looks very sweet in her green dress!
I was searching for your emailadress on your blog but couldn't find one. Will you please email me your or your mothers address so that I can send you some things? Does your mother still read Dutch?
Have a lovely weekend! Lieve groet, Madelief
I love your photos - what a precious grandaughter! Ialways wondered where that Victorian covered bridge was on Prince Edward Island that is pictured in Anne of Green Gables -the one where the boy and his father aresitting by the bridge fishing?
