Victorian Garden Tea

Hello everyone!

On this beautiful sunny summer day I would love to have you join me for a Victorian Garden Tea.

I took out my old victorian wicker chairs and looked around the 'garden' for a pretty cool spot to enjoy a cup of tea.
As luck would have it we have a pretty big patch of fireweed growing on our property and I think it makes a perfect background for our tea today.

We have some good books to enjoy and a pretty teapot for our tea.
A bouquet of garden flowers adds some charm to our pretty little tea table.

.                           It's amazing how pretty even wild flowers are.

The bees are loving this fireweed too.

So,  dig out your hat and gloves and join me for a Victorian Tea  on this beautiful summer day.

I am joining Tea Time Tuesday at Rose Chintz Cottage today.

Thank you for your visit!

Carolyn

Hi Carolyn,
What a perfect setting! I enjoyed seeing your fire weed, we have it too and it is a really pretty flower! I adore your pretty little table it matches the swirls a=of the whicker chairs so nicely!
I was enjoying your post below also, and evertime I see your hammock I think to myself I NEED one of those :-)
I am sure your garden tour will be lovely, I wish I lived near by!!!
We have had a cooler and drier summer too.... better that then the crazy heat :-)
Hugs,
Bella

You've made so many beautiful posts lately and I have had a great time looking them through now. Your garden is just gorgeous and I realize what a hard job you must have had making it look that way. I sure aren't making any progress it seems, lol.
Hope you'll have a great Wednesday.

Hi Carolyn,
What a lovely spot for your tea. I never knew those flowers were called fireweed. My hubby has called them snake flowers his whole life! LOL! That's a terrific shot of the bee! Thank you for coming to tea today and enjoy the rest of the evening. Rain tomorrow?

Blessings,
Sandi

What a beautiful tea! Your property is so so beautiful and your wild flowers do better at your place than anywhere I've seen! You are so blessed with all your beauty, but I know hard work comes with it too! Wish I could join you for this tea. I do have quite a few hats to choose from!
Thank you for sharing.

You chose a lovely spot for tea today. I remember the fireweed from PEI and wish it would grow freely here, but then I'd wish for lupines like you have too.

Simply beautiful!! Gardens like yours are something I wish to have down thee road in the future - you give me inspiration to shoot for! I would love to sit there in your wicker chair - only I am a coffee girl. That first photo takes my breath away - amazing depth of field.

What a lovely post! The old wicker chairs are wonderful against the green and pinky purple of the fireweed. It would be delightful to join you for tea. Pamela

What a beautiful table setting-- the fire weed matches perfectly. I love those wicker chairs-- especially the larger one with the arms.

Hi Carolyn,

What a pretty picture. Your Victorian wicker chairs are beautiful with their many details. I also love the hammock I saw in the last post. Fits in perfectly in your lovely garden. I am so jealous of your summer. We have had a very cold summer, mostly rainy, with only a few days of warmth. I hope August will shine on us :)

Have a nice day,
Sanna
