A Sheepish Tea

Hello everyone,
I hope you can take some time out for a cup of tea-without feeling sheepish! Ha!Ha!

I have some lovely sheep sugar cookies for our tea today.
These teacups belonged to my husband's grandmothers sister many long years ago .I am happy to have several of these dishes on display in our cabinet.

We had a lovely visit with friends the other night and I came home with some beautiful new toile pillows and the beautiful sheep cookies too.

The sheep cookies came on this beautiful red and white toile serving plate-isn't it beautiful!

Relax and enjoy another peek in the Victoria Bliss magazine -it has lots of inspiration.
Darkness has fallen so I will light the candles-I see someone has enjoyed the cookies!
It is a sunny cool day here and we do have a good dusting of snow but I think it is getting mild again before Christmas. Our winters have certainly changed as I don't remember not having lots of snow for Christmas when I was a child or even when our children were small.

Today I am joining Rose Chintz Cottage for Tea Time Tuesday and A Delightsome Life for Victoria- A
Return to Loveliness party.

Thank you for joining me for tea during this busy time.

Carolyn

A cozy tea Carolyn and the sheep cookies are sweet.
I see lots of bubbles on your tea, that mean's money doesn't it? Hopefully it's incoming and will be substantial. :-)

Such a lovely table you've set, Carolyn! I love the dishes and teacups, as well as your new toile pillows! I'm about ready for a day where I can just sit and not have to worry about running around.

OH, MY, CAROLYN!!! Did Heather make those toile cushions and sheep cookies, by chance?! Well, if she did, she certainly knows the way to your heart AND MINE!!! I received so much pleasure just looking at your photos.

Please pass along to Heather how much we love the painting she did for "A Christmas Tea for Lucas". It brought us such wonderful success for the fundraising. :-) I'm going to be posting on that very soon with tons of pics...

You can also hint to (Heather?) that I LOOOVE 'Sheep Cookies'! Haha They are just the most adorable cookies I have ever seen. And you know I love something that is just so thoughtfully and beautifully presented!!! The sweet caring and love that has gone into everything is evident! A friend to treasure forever...You are so blessed, m'dear.

Luvs and hugs,
Linda at Beautiful Ideas

I have a piece of this same toile but have not made up my mind which room I wish to use it in yet.

Blessings and Merry Christmas

I was driving home today and on the route I come across cows, goats, lambs and very, very close to some donkeys - which were loose! I find it adorable to stop by your blog to see sweet lambs as cookies! I have been blessed by your presence in my life since blogging - You are a complete Delight! I wish you the Merriest Christmas!
