Hello everyone,
Since this is winter solstice and winter has officially
started here on the Island I thought I would share
some winter photos that I took recently as we seem
to have got a head start on winter here with early snow.
On a snowy day last week I took
a little walk around a few favorite
spots in Charlottetown.
Love the trees decorated on the
streets around town.

The full moon coming up over our woods.
A beautiful country church
The photo above was taken a couple of
weeks ago and it is a neighbors farm.
This reminds me of a winter puzzle.
Christmas is fast approaching
but I hope to do a couple more
posts before.
Hope you are all ready
for Christmas. I still have
some baking to do but a
few hours in the kitchen
should wrap it up!
Blessings!
Carolyn

Beautiful photos of Charlottetown, Carolyn. Have a wonderful Christmas!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful way to get in the Christmas spirit!
ReplyDeleteOh! Prince Edward Island is the most beautiful place on earth. We are getting some rain in Southern California, which feels very wintery to us, and we need it. I have a little more decorating, and my daughter and I are going to bake this morning. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas, and thanks for sharing all of the loveliness of your world. Barbara
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing the wonderful snowy pictures Carolyn! I love the country church and the neighboring farm. Prince Edward's Island is one place I'd love to visit! What wonderful old buildings and I too love how the trees about town are decorated and then covered with snow. Your blog is always such a treat to me.... eye candy for sure. We have lots of snow here in central Oregon too.. beautiful but a little too much for my way of thinking. Hard to get around and very treacherous sometimes with the ice on top. Take care and enjoy the rest of this week. I finally did a little baking and more to do.. but seems so much a part of the holidays. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
ReplyDeleteHow a beautiful photos!

Those are beautiful pictures. They are all just gorgeous and what a Christmas photo should look like with all the snow. I want snow so bad for Christmas however we have 66 degrees predicted
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas
Merry Christmas Carolyn!
