Autumn has arrived and there
has been a coolness in the air
the past few days so it is time
to dig out the wool plaid throws
to snuggle up in to enjoy the
evenings outdoors.
Enjoying the view
An autumn bouquet
An old ceder table and chair
set from the seventy mile yard
sale. It was an all day event for
my sister and I this year.
I came home with lots of treasures
again this year.
A few of our trees have
started to put on their fall
show.
Red cliffs on the South Shore of
Prince Edward Island.
Another nearby red cliff beach.
on a calm evening walk.
Have a cup of tea before you go
with an early autumn garden
bouquet to enjoy.
Thank you for visiting and thanks
also to those who left kind comments
on my last post.

Gorgeous photos. I love the red lawn chairs and that view! The cedar set is a great find. We still use our cedar table on the deck. They last a long time! Have a great week.

ReplyDeleteDear Carolyn, It's always a pleasure to view your wonderful settings in your photos! It's a little sneak peak for us here in Massachusetts, albeit we don't have that lovely PEI red soil! Please let us know (with pictures please) what you found at the yard sale this year. We attended two years ago and I'm itching to come back in the future! Sandi from the Cape.
ReplyDeletejust trying again to add my comment...this is a test...hope it 'takes'...and will send my thoughts on another attempt.
ReplyDeleteAh HA! It worked!
ReplyDeleteTo see the chairs on the cliff made me breathe a sigh of longing to be there....thank you for your fine photos.
The vista of the red cliff beach and water reflection is glorious. Not sure if we'll get the anticipated fall colour this year in Ontario but a few trees are starting to turn.

ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty photo filled blog post. I like to piece photos together and learn more about the blogger. We have some Fall like weather and then our temps jump up again. But Colorado is very unpredictable. We never know what to except next. I wanted to stop by and say hello. Take care and enjoy your weekend. Joyful Blessings, Anne
ReplyDeleteOh how lovely, Carolyn!
ReplyDeleteI got a kick, also, out of the cruise ship sailing by - I have been up to your neck of the woods three different times on a cruise ship. : - )
Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful.
Hugs.
