Hello everyone,
I hope your week is going well.
We are enjoying a touch of
spring weather here the past
couple of days.
Many of you probably know
that I enjoy my tea time and have
a rather large collection of
teapots and teacups etc. so
today let's enjoy afternoon tea.
A Sadler teapot with a
similar teacup and pretty
tulips.....what more do
we need!
Well, maybe some sweet treats
would be good!
Take your pick of teacups.
Soft and pretty
How about a pretty cookie.?
A chintz teapot....I have
been asked how many teapots
I have and the answer is too
many to count! Many have been
gifted to me over the years and
I love them all!
I so love a beautiful bouquet
of tulips...don't you?
More teacups and tulips,
white ones this time.
Lots of lace and linens.
Hope you enjoyed tea time with me
today. I have more to share but
that will be another day soon!
Enjoy your day!
Carolyn
Such pretty dishes and beautiful tulips. We are so in need of colour at this time of year. I'm glad I stopped by.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty collection you have. I love the huge bunch of tulips!
ReplyDeleteDear Carolyn:
ReplyDeleteIt won't be long and your own tulips will be blooming! Lovely! Love the Sadler!
Always so nice to stop by for tea with you, Carolyn. I try to take a "tea break" in the afternoon, and seeing your lovely settings, while I'm enjoying a sip, really gives me pleasure!
ReplyDeleteI like the Sadler too, Carolyn. Wonderful weather we're having!
ReplyDeleteTulips are so sweet.
ReplyDeleteWell that was a beautiful stop in my day!! THanks!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful Carolyn! Such a lovely collection of pink teacups! Teacups are so hard to find here where I live so I always enjoy seeing them on all of my tea bloggers posts.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thursday!
Gina
I scrolled up and down, I really enjoyed to see all those lovely soft colored romantic teapots and cups, together with that beautiful bunch of mixed tulips it makes the perfect teatime.

oh did we enjoy that!!! What a delightful way to spend the morning...today I have a cup of Valentine tea (chocolate, rose petals and strawberries) while we visited...I'd say it was the perfect cup to choose for such a lovely post!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely day!

How beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful post! I love how you pictured each cup. Have a wonderful week. Blessings, Martha
ReplyDeleteValentines Day is one of my favs! What lovely tulips ...I adore tulips! Love your little heart-shaped plate, with the cookies... and all of your pretty teacups too.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun it is to be a girl! (Even if we are antique little girls!) I know you are a grandmother and so am I, and this time of our lives is filled with more time to enjoy life to its fullest! I am thankful for all of my blessings!
My husband is one of my biggest blessings...and he lets me surround myself with pretty things. We love to go antiquing together. He is a collector too...and really has even more "stuff" than I do. However, during our recent move where we downsized, we find ourselves needing to let go of something if we get new things so that we have enough room! Quite a challenge!
I trust you had a Happy Valentines Day...and I imagine you are looking so forward to springtime...as am I!
Blessings,
Linda @ Truthful Tidbits
