Summer on the Porch

     Summer on the Porch

One of my favorite places to have our
meals is on the screened in porch in the
summer ~even on warm rainy days.

                                                                              Afternoon tea is also often
                                                                              enjoyed on the porch.

I picked a fresh bouquet from
                                                                              the garden.

I am enjoying the delphiniums in the garden
                                                                        but also in bouquets.
The garden outside the porch shot
                                                                           from the balcony this morning.

                      Fresh Island strawberries are
       a nice summer treat.

                                                                             I love these cute summer
                                                                             napkins from Rose Cottage
                                                                             in Summerside.

                                                                          A pretty combo of
                                                                          teacups.

                                                                          Pretty linens.
The last of my peonies in a
        transferware teacup.
If you are ready for a nap after tea
the other side of the porch is a comfy
                                                                      place to relax.

                                                     Hope you enjoyed our
                                                               summer porch......I know
                                                               we do!!!

If you would like to see
a summer lunch on the porch
                                                               check it out here.here

                                                               I am joining BNOTP for
                                                               Tablescape Thursday.

                                                                               Take care,
                                                                                       Carolyn
